Verified against the published fingerprint, then sealed in a tamper-evident bag before it leaves us. If the seal is broken when it reaches you, don’t use it — email support@koini.io for a replacement.
Plain-English instructions for checking the stick’s fingerprint yourself, on Windows, macOS or Linux. The fingerprint is printed in full — never truncated.
The mailer is unbranded with nothing crypto-visible in transit. Your neighbours learn nothing. That is deliberate.
Shipping
US orders ship free, tracked, in under 30 days from order. You get the tracking number the day it ships.
International orders add $25 for shipping and use the separate links above. Duties and import charges, where they apply, are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns
14 days, tamper seal unopened only, refunded minus shipping, handling and a repackaging fee. A broken seal voids the return — we will never reship a stick that left our custody unsealed, and you would not want us to. Full terms on the legal page.
