Cold-storage key generation for Shibarium

Your computer off. Your keys on.
Everything else gone.

The idea

Everything protects a key that already exists.
We protect the moment it’s born.

Every hardware wallet, every vault, every multisig scheme guards a key after it has been created. None of them can help you if the key was weak the moment it came into the world. That is the failure that has drained hundreds of millions of dollars, and it is the only failure this product exists to prevent.

Your key is born on a machine that has never touched the internet, shown to you once, and written to paper. Then the machine ceases to exist.

The product sentence

The key existed in one temporary place, you copied it onto paper, and that place ceased to exist.

For Shibarium holders

One key. Shibarium, Ethereum, and every EVM chain there will ever be.

Shibarium is EVM-compatible, so the address this stick generates is your Shibarium address — and the same string is your address on Ethereum, on Base, on Arbitrum, and on every EVM network that exists now or launches later. That is not a limitation. It is the reason one piece of paper is enough.

The stick generates and displays. It never holds, never signs, never bridges, and never sends. Nothing about your SHIB, BONE, or anything else passes through it or through us.

The ceremony

Four steps. Ten minutes. A pen.

01

Plug in & restart

The machine boots from the stick. Your own operating system — and anything hiding in it — never runs.

02

Gather randomness

The appliance draws entropy from the hardware and blends in dice you roll yourself. An attacker has to beat both.

03

Copy to paper

The seed phrase appears once. You write it down, then confirm it back — before any money is involved.

04

Pull the plug

Memory clears. No disk was ever mounted. The environment that made your key stops existing.

Why now

Four disasters. Four different stacks. One identical failure.

In July 2026 one of Bitcoin’s most respected hardware wallets disclosed that it had been silently generating weak keys for five years. Roughly $38–40M was drained. The users who had mixed in their own dice entropy were untouched.

That bug class does not live in a language, a library, or a brand — it lives in the seam where one component assumes another supplied good randomness and nothing ever checks. We built the survivors’ defense in as the default, not as an expert option.
